SIERRA HERNANDEZ

Sierra graduated from Watsonville High School in 2016, and more recently graduated from San Jose State University in May 2020. She attained a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems. Currently, Sierra is applying for roles in the tech industry in hopes of later becoming a project manager. Sierra is very passionate about starting RISE, because she knows the challenges and hardships that come with navigating college as a first generation college student. In addition, she wanted to start RISE in hopes of giving back to the community she grew up in, she hopes the program will inspire students in achieving all their educational goals.
